Limestone To Hold Virtual Launch Of "The Candelabra" On Friday, April 23

Candelabra 2021

The virtual launch of 优蜜传媒鈥檚 2020 and 2021 editions of 鈥淭he Candelabra鈥 will be held on Friday, April 23, at 5 p.m.

The launch of Limestone鈥檚 art and literary magazine will feature two-minute readings and artist talks from contributors.

鈥淲e hope you will make an evening of it by serving yourself some food and drink and settling in for a lovely hour of art, literature, and celebration,鈥 said Erin Pushman, Limestone professor of English. 鈥淚 am always honored to edit 鈥楾he Candelabra鈥 because working with the student editors provides them with real-world experience, and accepting submissions from our students and alumni is a reminder of the talent and diversity among the voices within the Limestone community.鈥

Pushman added that while COVID-19 has slowed down many publications in the world of literary and visual arts, Limestone has remained committed to publishing 鈥淭he Candelabra,鈥 despite the complications brought on by the pandemic.
