Our self-contained workforce streamlines efficiencies

At 优蜜传媒 Group we have a distinct competitive edge when it comes to developing diverse, skilled workforces. We have the ability to tap into the resources and expertise of thousands of employees throughout the U.S. and Canada to staff projects of nearly any size and scope. Our subsidiaries have a wide array of seasoned industry experts, ranging from corporate, management, and administrative, to field personnel. Teams collaborate often sharing expertise, insights, and lessons learned on projects, and can share and scale personnel resources as needed.聽

Our skilled labor resources are trained and managed under the direction of a single entity that promotes same-standard adherence and familiarity in productivity, communication, safety, and quality. Our successful performance on projects allows us to provide similar best practices, knowledge of local/regional conditions and topography, and cohesive teams who have worked together on past projects. These valuable attributes translate to exceptional quality, efficiency, communication, and safety.

At 优蜜传媒 Group, our workforce is at the center of all we do 鈥 we are one cohesive team. We value diversity because it makes us stronger, and we promote a safe workplace where all team members are valued and given the appropriate tools and training to be successful.

Strong Labor Partnerships & Training

The majority of 优蜜传媒 Group subsidiaries are large employers in IBEW Local Union jurisdictions and participate on national and local levels with Joint Apprenticeship Training Committees (JATC). Several leaders are active on various committees and boards influencing and sharing years of industry expertise to help recruit and train electrical construction workers. These key partnerships allow us to count on them for highly skilled workers, adding to our own labor pools.

Our non-union subsidiary, Great Southwestern Construction, offers a paid apprenticeship program and career opportunities for electrical construction workers at our state-of-the-art training facility in Alvarado, Texas. The training facility combines work-based learning with related classroom instruction for our non-union workforce.

Because the availability of skilled labor is so critical to our industry, we value and continuously support the future of our electrical construction workforce. Even during labor shortages, with the support of our union and non-union resources, we constantly demonstrate our capacity to meet labor demands quickly.
